TERMS OF SERVICE
I. General◦ The art belongs to you and is for your personal, non-commercial use! You may not, however, remove my waterstamp, alter the artwork nor resell it to a third party.◦Visual references required; written descriptions very welcome as long as there are visual references to go by.◦I will not steal another artist's designs or characters. If you ask me to copy another artist’s designs or style I will decline your request. You’re very welcome to send inspiration art for a general idea, but I will not steal artwork.◦ Any major changes (e.g. changing a pose, entire outfits etc.) after the lineart is completed will be charged accordingly, with the exception of mistakes I’ve made in accordance to your description. Mistakes I have made will not be charged.◦Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise discussed prior to the agreement. Additional charges may apply if artwork is intended for resale or merchandising - for any such artwork, please contact me directly.◦Please credit properly if you repost the artwork ♡
II. Payment◦ PayPal Invoices or Ko-fi payment only, USD currency.◦ Payment is made upon the approved thumbnail of the base.◦ Refunds are made through PayPal and can be made before the colouring process. A fee may occur.
III. Copyright policyAs the artist I reserve the right to display the finished art for self-promotion on any site, social media or otherwise.
IV. NFT POLICY• I am against NFTs.
• Under no circumstances may you sell my designs or any purchased artwork as an NFT.
• By purchasing artwork from me, you thereby agree to these terms.

Turnaround informationThe expected completion of a commission can be anything
from — depending on type — a couple of days to 1-3 weeks.If I'm not immediately available I'm either working or we
may live in very different time-zones.
(CEST / CET)Please note that I do work a minimum of full-time and my
workhours reflect as such (10h+ a day). I will always keep you updated on your commission and
if there are any expected or unexpected delays, as well as when you can expect
the next update of your piece! ♡Days I do not work on commissions: Saturdays
I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason I see fit.
